Enjoy the crisp Gordon's Gin combined with Lemon and Sugar and topped with delicious Champagne.

Ingredients

1.75oz Gordon's Gin

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz Sugar Syrup

1oz  Champagne 

1Tsp Marachino Cherry (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Champagne flute

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients except the Champagne with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a Champagne flute.

  3. Top with Champagne.

  4. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
