1.75oz of Johnnie Walker Red Label

1.75oz  Soda Water

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz Sugar Syrup

8oz  Mint Leaves

1Tsp Lemon Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple slice.
