Ingredients

1.75oz  Tanqueray London Dry Gin

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz Honey

1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

1 Pinch Ginger Powder

1 Pinch Nutmeg Powder

2  Cloves

3.5oz  Boiling Water

1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

1 Star Anise (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Latte Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pre-warmed Latte glass.

  2. Stir to mix.

  3. Garnish with Cinnamon Stick and a Star Anise.

History of the Drink

The Hot Toddy is said to have oriGinated in Scotland and is traditionally made with Whisky, Honey, Water and a Lemon wedge. It’s often drunk as a way to stave off colds and flu.
