Hot Gin Toddy
Tanqueray is mixed hot with Honey and Lemon in this delicious warming classic.

Ingredients
1.75oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Honey
1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
1 Pinch Ginger Powder
1 Pinch Nutmeg Powder
2 Cloves
3.5oz Boiling Water
1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)
1 Star Anise (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Latte Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all the ingredients to a pre-warmed Latte glass.
Stir to mix.
Garnish with Cinnamon Stick and a Star Anise.
