The hugely popular 'all the white spirits' cocktail from 1970's America.

0.5oz Smirnoff No. 21
0.5oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
0.5oz Captain Morgan White Rum
0.5oz Gordon's Gin
0.5oz Triple Sec
0.75oz Lemon Juice
4oz Cola
1 Lemon Wedge
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Fill a Highball glass with cubed ice.
Add all the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker apart from the Cola.
Fill the shaker three-quarters of the way with cubed ice and shake well.
Strain over the cubed ice in the Highball glass.

19.3 g per serve
