1.75oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Honey
1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
1 Pinch of Ginger Powder
1 Pinch of Freshly Grated Nutmeg
2 Cloves
0.5oz Boiling Water
1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)
1 Star Anise (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Heat-proof Glass
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Kettle
method
Add all the ingredients to a Heat-proof glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise.
