Blanco Fizz
Fantastically fizzy! A delectable blend of Don Julio Blanco Tequila with Creme de Cassis Liqueur, fresh Lime Juice and Ginger Ale - a long cool drink for a hot summer's day.

0.75oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
0.5oz Crème de Cassis
0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
3.5 Ginger Ale
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add the first three ingredients into a Highball glass.
Top up with Ginger Ale.
Stir to combine all the ingredients.
