1.75oz  Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve

3.5oz Weak Earl Grey Tea

0.5oz  Lemon Juice

0.5oz Gomme (or Sugar Syrup)

0.5oz Fresh Peach Purée (or Peach Juice)

2 Slices of Fresh Peach (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice.

  3. Garnish with slices of Fresh Peach.
