Ingredients

0.75oz of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve

0.25oz  Sugar Syrup

0.5 Lemon Juice

1.75oz Soda Water

2 Cucumber Slices

2  Peach Slices

Equipment

1 Champagne flute

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1  Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

method

  1. Muddle the Cucumber, Peach and Pear with Sugar Syrup in a Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Add all the liquid ingredients with ice and shake.

  3. Fine strain into a chilled Champagne flute.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
