1.75oz of Johnnie Walker Red Label
1.75oz Soda Water
0.75oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Gently muddle all the ingredients except Soda Water in a Highball glass.
Add crushed ice and churn.Top up with Crushed ice and add Soda Water.
Garnish with a Lemon wedge.
