0.25oz Sugar Syrup
6 Crushed Peppercorns
6 Basil Leaves
1.5oz Pineapple Juice
1 Basil Sprig (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Highball Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a Basil Sprig.
