Strawberry Caipirovska
A fruity twist on this popular Vodka-based cocktail that utilizes the sweetness of strawberries perfectly.

Ingredients
1.5oz Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
0.5oz Lime cut into chunks
0.5oz Sugar Syrup (2:1 ratio)
4 Strawberries
1 Half of a Strawberry (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Muddler
1 Tongs
method
slice 3 Strawberries and add to a Rocks glass with the Lime chunks.
Muddle together, then add the Vodka and fill the glass three-quarters of the way with crushed ice.
Stir with a bar spoon to combine, then cap with more crushed ice.
