Ketel One Vodka is shaken with a Muddled Ripe Tomato, Sugar Syrup and White Balsamic Vinegar.

1.75oz Ketel One Vodka
0.5oz White Balsamic Vinegar
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25oz Sugar Syrup
1 Pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 Large Ripe Tomato
1 Cherry Tomato (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Coupe Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Muddle the Tomato in a cocktail shaker.
Add all the ingredients and shake with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
Garnish with a Cherry Tomato.
