0.75oz Don Julio 70 Tequila
0.5oz Elderflower Liqueur
4.25oz Hot Water
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1 Tea Bag Lemon
1 Lemon Peel Twist (Garnish)

1 Kettle
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Make Lemon tea in a mug, letting it steep for two minutes.
Remove the teabag and add the other liquid ingredients.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon Peel twist.
