0.75oz Green Tea
0.25oz Yuzu Juice
0.25oz Simple Syrup
1 Mango Wedge (Garnish)

1 Jigger
1 Martini Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a Mango wedge.
