A non-alcoholic version of the classic Martini, using Seedlip Garden 108, for a decadent and glamorous non-alcoholic cocktail.

Ingredients
0.5oz Seedlip Garden 108
1.5oz Æcorn Dry
1oz Green Olive
Equipment
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
method
Add the liquid ingredients to a mixing glass and fill three-quarters of the way with cubed ice.
Stir slowly for around 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Martini or Coupe glass.
