Ingredients

0.75oz  Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky

0.5oz  Peach Liqueur

1.75oz Apple Juice

0.25oz  Lemon Juice

1 Peach Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an pce-filled Highball glass.

  3. Garnish with a Peach slice (Optional).
