Ingredients

1.5oz Bulleit Bourbon

0.3oz Zacapa No. 23

0.3oz  Vanilla Liqueur

1.5oz Pineapple Juice

0.8oz  Lime Juice

0.3oz  Almond Syrup

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

1 Pinch of Black Pepper

1 Orange Wedge (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Julep Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Garnish with a Cracked Black Pepper, Orange wedge and a Mint sprig.
