A big, tiki way to enjoy Bulleit Bourbon. Light, fruit and very flavorsome.

Ingredients
1.5oz Bulleit Bourbon
0.3oz Zacapa No. 23
0.3oz Vanilla Liqueur
1.5oz Pineapple Juice
0.8oz Lime Juice
0.3oz Almond Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Pinch of Black Pepper
1 Orange Wedge (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Julep Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.
Garnish with a Cracked Black Pepper, Orange wedge and a Mint sprig.
