0.5oz Chambord
0.5oz Amaretto
3.5oz Single Cream
1 Tsp Cinnamon (Garnish)
2 Dashes of Bitters
1 Raspberry (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Coupe Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
Garnish with a Raspberry.
