The spicy notes in Don Julio Blanco are brought to the fore in this deliciously spicy, tea-based cocktail.

1.5oz Don Julio Blanco
0.8oz Agave Syrup
0.3oz Lime Juice
0.8oz Orange Juice
1.8oz Ginger Hibiscus Tea (cold: 3-4 minute infusion)
2cm Thumbnail of Ginger
1 Orange Zest (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Muddle the Ginger in a cocktail shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with an Orange twist.
