0.75oz Sweet and Sour Mix
0.5oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a Lemon twist.
