Ingredients

1.5oz  Roe & Co

2.5oz Hot Coffee

1tsp Demerara Sugar

1.75oz Double Cream (Whipped)

1 Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Irish Coffee Glass

1  Bar Spoon

1 Grater

method

  1. Combine all ingredients except cream into the glass and stir until the Sugar has dissolved.

  2. Layer the Whipped Cream on top of the coffee.

  3. Garnish with freshly grated Nutmeg.
