Ingredients

1.25oz Roe & Co Irish Whiskey

0.75oz Apple Juice

2.5oz  Soda Water

1 Pear Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Pear slice.
