Ingredients

1.75oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch

2 Spoons of Brown Sugar

5oz Hot Fresh Coffee

2.5oz Stiffly Whipped Cream

1 Pinch of Freshly Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Heatproof Glass

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

method

  1. Add Johnnie Walker Black Label, Coffee and Sugar to a Heatproof glass and stir to dissolve.

  2. Layer the Cream on top of the Coffee Mix to form a white head.

  3. Garnish with freshly Ground Nutmeg.
