Ingredients

1.75oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky

5oz Pineapple Juice

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

3 Slices of Cucumber (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon twist.

15.8g per serve
