1.75oz Lemon Juice
0.75oz Ginger Syrup
5oz Guinness Golden Ale
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients except for the Guinness Golden Ale, with ice.
Strain into a Beer glass.
Top with Guinness Golden Ale.
