Single Grain Snowball
A modern take on a holiday classic, with a celebratory twist - the Haig Club and Champagne combine into an effervescent snowstorm.

1.25oz Haig Club
0.25oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
0.25oz Oloroso Sherry
1.5oz Champagne
Equipment
1 Champagne flute
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Muddler
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Champagne, with ice.
Fine strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with an spray of Lemon zest and then discard afterwards.
