We add a little extra savory flavor to our classic Smirnoff Red and Yellow Grapefruit Cocktail by salting the rim of the glass.

Ingredients

1.75oz Smirnoff No.21 Vodka

10.5oz Yellow Grapefruit Juice

0.5oz Simple Syrup

0.75oz Soda

1 Kosher or Himalayan Salt (Garnish)

1 Grapefruit Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Highball Glass

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Salt the rim of the Highball glass.

  2. Add all ingredients to the Highball glass filled with Cubed ice.

  3. Garnish with a Grapefruit wheel.
