Sparkling Apple Martini
This sparkling 'tini is sensational! Cîroc Vodka, with spicy and sweet Cinnamon, Apple Juice and sharp Lemon Juice.....delicious!

1.25oz Cîroc Vodka
0.25oz Cinnamon Schnapps
1.75oz Apple Juice
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
0.5oz Dry Champagne
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients (expcet champagne) with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Add the Champagne.
