1.75oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

1.75oz Apple Juice

0.5oz Cinnamon Syrup

1 Boiling Water to Fill

1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Latte Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to a Latte glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick.
