1.75oz Talisker 10

0.25oz Dry Vermouth

0.25oz Honey

1.75oz Orange Juice

0.25oz Lemon Juice

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

18.1g per serve
