Ingredients

0.75oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

0.75oz Raspberry syrup

0.25oz Fresh Lemon Juice

6oz Wheat Beer

Equipment

1 Pint Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients except the Wheat Beer with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Pint glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange wedge.
