1.75oz Talisker 10

2oz Ginger Beer

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

3 Orange Twists (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange twist.
