Ingredients

0.75oz George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whisky

0.25oz White Pepper Syrup

0.25oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.25oz Cassis Liqueur

0.5oz Hard Dry Cider

2 Whole White Pepper Infused Raspberries (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupe

1 Bowl

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Chill a cocktail glass

  2. Add all the ingredients except the cider in a cocktail shaker with ice

  3. Shake vigorously

  4. Strain into the cocktail glass

  5. Float the cider and garnish with raspberries

  6. Place fresh raspberries in white pepper syrup for at least 24 hours to flavour.
