0.25oz Lime Juice
3 Fresh Mint Leaves
0.25oz Pure Cane Syrup
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer

method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
FIne strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a Lime wedge.
