1.75oz  Ketel One Vodka

2.5oz Watermelon Juice

0.25oz  Lime Juice

3 Fresh Mint Leaves

0.25oz Pure Cane Syrup

1  Lime Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. FIne strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lime wedge.

History of the Drink
