37.25oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch
12.25oz Apple Liqueur
0.75oz Lime Juice
12.25oz Sugar Syrup
4 Basil Leaves
1 Basil Leaf (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Rocks Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Muddler
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Lightly muddle the Basil and Syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a Rocks glass filled with Cubed ice.
Garnish with a Basil Leaf.
