Zacapa South of the Border
An exotic summertime cocktail with Ron Zacapa No. 23 Rum, Passion Fruit, an Almond and fresh Lime.

1.5oz Ron Zacapa No. 23
0.5oz Captain Morgan Dark Rum
0.5oz Triple Sec Liqueur
0.5oz Passion Fruit Purée
0.75oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Almond Syrup
2 Dashes of Angustura Bitters
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
Strain into a crushed ice-filled Rocks glass.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig and an Orange twist.
