Ingredients

1.5oz  Ron Zacapa No. 23

0.5oz Captain Morgan Dark Rum

0.5oz Triple Sec Liqueur

0.5oz Passion Fruit Purée

0.75oz Lime Juice

0.5oz  Almond Syrup

2 Dashes of Angustura Bitters

1 Orange Twist (Garnish)

1  Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a crushed ice-filled Rocks glass.

  3. Garnish with a Mint Sprig and an Orange twist.
