10ml Captain Morgan’s Dark Rum
50ml Milk
10ml Almond Syrup

1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
method
Shake the first three ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Float the Captain Morgan’s on top of the finished drink.
