Ingredients

25ml Smirnoff Dark Roasted Espresso

10ml Captain Morgan’s Dark Rum

50ml Milk

10ml Almond Syrup

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

method

  1. Shake the first three ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Float the Captain Morgan’s on top of the finished drink.
