Adam's Apple
A zero-waste cocktail that uses apple offcuts to craft a delicious concoction of apple-infused tequila, cherry bark, aperitif wine and apple oil distilled in our drinks lab.

40ml Apple Infused Don Julio Anejo
1.25ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
30ml Cherry Bark Infused Lillet Blanc
7.5ml Apple Oleo Saccharum
2.5ml St-Germain
2.5ml Tio Pepe Fino
Equipment
1 Cocktail tin
1 strainer
1 cocktail glass
method
Pour the Apple Infused Don Julio, Cherry Bark Infused Lillet Blanc, Tanqueray, St-Germain, Tio Pepe and then Apple Olleo Sacrum into a cocktail tin.
Then add the ice and stir and strain.
Pour into a glass, serve immediately.
