Auld Lang Syne

A balanced blend of Johnnie Walker Black Label, green apple liqueur, lemon and bitters. Shaken and served straight up with chilled Champagne, in a lemon thyme spritzed Coupe and finished with fragrant fresh lemon thyme.

45ml Johnnie Walker Black Label

15ml Green apple liqueur

30ml Lemon juice

30ml Champagne

1 dash of Peychaud's bitters

1 spray bottle of Lemon thyme tincture

1 Spray Bottle

1 Tin

1 Strainer

1 Glass

method

In a tin shake the JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK LABEL, apple liqueur, lemon juice, sugar and bitters.

Spray a chilled coupe glass with lemon thyme tincture and add champagne to the glass.

Double strain the rest into the glass.

Garnish with fresh lemon thyme pegged to the rim of the glass.
