The Classic Dry Martini, made with the bartender's favourite gin, Tanqueray.

60ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
10ml Dry vermouth

method
Stirred down over large ice to help control the dilution and temperature, have small tastes as you go looking for that sweet spot between the spice in the gin and the cold refreshing character of the water you’re adding.
Serve and garnish with what you think works best!
