Ketel One Vodka is churned with Fresh Lime and Sugar in this delicious, citrusy classic.

Ingredients
60ml Ketel One Vodka
0.5 Lime (cut into 4 quarters)
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
method
Add 4 Lime Quarters to a Rocks Glass and muddle.
Add the Ketel One and Sugar Syrup and half fill the glass with Crushed Ice and churn with a Bar Spoon.
Cap with more Crushed Ice.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

According to some bartenders, it’s best to use either all white sugar or all raw or turbinado sugar when making cocktails. If you use all white sugar, your drink will be clearer in appearance, while using raw or turbinado sugar will result in a darker-coloured drink.
