Ingredients

45ml Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

50ml Prosecco

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1  Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Prosecco, with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
