70ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

25ml Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut

0.5 Peeled Banana

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Blender

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Add 1 scoop of Crushed Ice.

  3. Blend for 15 seconds.

  4. Pour into a Highball Glass.
