Baileys Over Ice With A Marshmallow

50 Baileys
1 Toasted Marshmallow
Equipment
1 Old-fashioned glass or short tumbler
method
Add a couple of ice cubes to a short glass
Pour 50ml Baileys over the ice cubes, add a marshmallow to a cocktail pick and quickly toast with a mini catering blowtorch
Rest the pick across the mouth of the glass and serve.
