Blanco Spiced Citrus

Don Julio Blanco Tequila with spiced citrus liqueur, aperitif bitters and raspberry puree. On the rocks with a splash of club soda it's a bubbly and bright singular sensation.

Ingredients

25ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila

10ml Spiced citrus liqueur

10ml Aperitif bitters

25ml Cranberry juice

70ml Club soda

15ml Raspberry puree

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Salt (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Salt the rim of a Rocks Glass and set aside.

  2. Shake all the liquid ingredients except the Club Soda with Ice.

  3. Strain into the Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  4. Top with Club Soda.

  5. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

Alcohol content:

11.4 g per serve
