Ingredients

35ml Cîroc Vodka

10ml Pomegranate liqueur

25ml Blood Orange puree

10ml Honey syrup

1 Orange Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange Wheel.

Alcohol content:

13.2 g per serve
