Blossom Season

I’m a huge fan of apples, and as we’re heading into the blossom season in the UK, I had to include this one. It’s a very simple spritz style that is perfect for when the weather is on the warmer side. The Seedlip Garden 108 really shines through in this, think refreshing garden herbs backed up with a pleasant green vegetal aroma.

Ingredients

50ml Seedlip Garden 108

30ml Unfiltered Apple Juice

15ml Agave

1 ALT. Drinks NA Sparkling Chardonnay

1 Garnish - Thyme Sprig

Equipment

1 Ice Tray

1 Wine Glass

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

method

Add all ingredients apart from the sparkling wine into a shaker and shake until shilled.
Strain into a wine glass, fill with cubed ice and top up with non-alc sparkling wine.
Give it a little stir and garnish with a sprig of thyme or a slice of apple.
