Blueberry Stroopwaffle

Ingredients
35ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
25ml Spiced blueberry cordial
1 Splash of blueberry soda
1 Stoopwaffle to garnish
Equipment
1 Mixing tin
1 Highball glass
1 Spear ice
method
Pour the three ingredients into the mixing tin.
Swirl the ingredients gently inside the tin.
Add the spear of ice to the highball glass and pour the contents of the tin into the glass.
Top up the glass with blueberry soda and garnish with the stroopwaffle.
