Ingredients

50ml Ketel One Vodka

12.5ml Pomegranate Liqueur

50ml Pineapple Juice

12.5ml Grenadine

3 Pomegranate Seeds (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupette Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupette Glass.

  3. Garnish with Pomegranate Seeds.

Alcohol content:

18 g per serve
