25ml Gordons 0.0%
300ml Chilled Tonic of choice
1 Lemon Slice
1 Fresh Curry Leaf

1 Chilled Highball Glass
method
Add ice along with gin to chilled highball glass and crown with chilled tonic of choice and stir. Garnish with lemon and fresh curry leaf for green aromatic notes.
